Things you might want to ask.

I've collected the questions readers ask most. Didn't find yours? email me.

About content

How often do you publish?+
WeChat: one long-form a week. Bilibili: one long video. YouTube: one or two short bilingual videos. Cadence may shift slightly, but I won't go silent.
What do your views represent?+
Only my current understanding. I update views as new facts emerge, and I label "I was wrong then" when I was. Investing isn't a contest of right vs. wrong — it's a contest of whose system holds.
Why no live market commentary?+
Frequent commentary forces me to "have a view" instead of "share a view when I have one." That's a cardinal sin in value investing.

About membership

Public vs member content — what's different?+
The site and most articles remain public. Only clearly marked member articles require an invitation, which also unlocks QuantEdge Beta.
How do I become a member?+
Membership is currently invite-only and not sold publicly. Enter a code issued directly by Minto on the membership page or a member article.
What does an invitation unlock?+
One invitation unlocks all member-only articles and QuantEdge. Public articles and other site pages do not require it.

About collaboration

Do you take brand deals?+
Yes, but very picky. Only brands I'd use myself or recommend to a friend. Finance, tech, lifestyle preferred.
Can you ghostwrite / run my channel?+
No. My content is first-person observation and thinking — outsourcing it loses the core.
Interview / podcast guest?+
Welcome. If the topic fits, I can usually schedule within two weeks. Email me the show name, format, length and rough direction.

About investing

I'm new — where do I start?+
1) Get spending, credit-card bills and emergency reserves in order. 2) Read the first four chapters of The Intelligent Investor. 3) Open a brokerage with small money (no more than you can afford to lose), observe — but don't bet yet.
Can you tell me what to buy / sell?+
No. Compliance aside, investment decisions must take into account your finances, risk tolerance and time horizon — none of which I know. I provide frameworks; the call is yours.
Do you publish your portfolio?+
Invited members can see my portfolio's directions and weight ranges, but not specific tickers or sizes. I don't want anyone treating my book as a trade signal.
